My experience with Sienna Modern Dentistry has been exceptional. I've been seeing them for a little over 3-years having had regular cleaning and exams, crown and most recently wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Thompson removed my wisdom tooth that was causing me pain. I called them in the morning and they squeezed me in within 3-hours. Dr. Le is my go to for crowns as he has a magic touch. So far 3-crowns and no issues from Dr. Le work. I recall seeing Dr. Nguyen for a check up visit and cleaning. This guy answered every question I could think of and you could tell he enjoyed sharing his knowledge. Dr. Nguyen even did the cleaning. Not that the hygienist isn't perfect for the cleaning job, but I really wasn't expecting to get that kind of attention from the dentist. Maybe it was my lucky day. Clayton and staff at the front office appear super busy, but always answer my questions and explain the charges in detail when I ask. And I do ask a lot of questions about the billing. They are knowledgeable about billing and always get back to me when they need to check up on something. I even had a surprise refund on something that was billed incorrectly and they found it during their audit. I would have neve have even known about it. They continue to earn my trust.

Dr. Nguyen, Christy and Ms. Pauline made me feel so comfortable in my appointment today. They listened to my concerns regarding my previous bad experience with other dentist and assured me that I was in the best care possible. They treated me with so much care and comfort that this was my best experience ever in a dentist appointment. I highly recommend them for any dentistry needs.
