⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars All the Way! I had a tooth extraction at Sienna Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics this morning, and believe it or not, it was a pleasant experience! Imagine describing a tooth extraction as pleasant! 😄 Dr. Nguyen and dental hygienist Pauline were absolutely wonderful! Professional, warm, courteous, and genuinely caring. I especially love how Dr. Nguyen explains every step of the procedure and what to expect, all in such a charming and reassuring manner. Pauline made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. This was my second visit, and the dental care has been excellent both times! My only minor concern was with my earlier front desk interactions. During my first in-person visit, the staff member who assisted with rescheduling seemed somewhat indifferent. I also had a phone interaction when initially scheduling my extraction that felt a little off-putting. When I asked about a payment I would be making at my appointment, the response was simply, "What do you mean?" As someone who works in customer service, I believe a little warmth and courtesy go a long way, especially when clarifying a customer's question. Thankfully, today's front desk experience was much better! A different lady assisted me, and she was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the care I received. A huge thank you to Dr. Nguyen, Pauline, and the team for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

I was extremely nervous about my oral surgery. I'd previously had a traumatic medical experience which makes every medical encounter difficult. Pauline and Dr. Nguyen are the absolute best! They were very supportive, calmn and encouraging. I'd recommend them as top tier!

Dr. Iman and Clarissa were exceptional with their care for me today. They were concise with information and made every process go by smoothly. They were even nice enough to compliment me about my hair, as well as to ask general questions about my well being!!
